I work from a Cognitive Behavioral viewpoint, meaning I believe that behavior influences feelings and vice versa. The empowering thing about that viewpoint is that by changing our behaviors, we have the ability to positively affect our feelings. I believe that you have the capacity to make the changes you want. Working together we will find tools specific to you and your needs to make that happen.
I find that I work best with individuals with anxiety, low self-worth and a feeling that they are stuck in the same frustrating patterns in life. I believe that cognitive behavioral treatment is a great way to break through and begin a new chapter in life.
